Live near the Chesapeake Bay and I love crabs, but not in May, June, July and August. They sluff their skeleton and are soft shells.
R months are good.

My favorite place to get crabs is at Hairy Dicks on the Eastern Shore.
It has the feel of a gay bar. I have a banner near my computer that proclaims "I got my crabs at Hairy Dicks."

Sushi CAN contain raw fish, but it doesn't HAVE to.
