Belamy--He is a nice, handsome chap. It amuses me how people say things like, "he is not my type..." That makes the person seem to be an object rather than a human being. It is character and strength and intelligence, et. al. which make a person, not the way he looks.....

We don't have anything else to go by right now. For all I know, he could be my soulmate. On the other had, he could also be an axe murderer who would frighten even Freddie Krueger. We just do not know. So we go by looks, since that's all the data we have.

Elvin, I neither said nor intimated that I could discern his character by looking at his crotch. My comment was referring to the use of the word "type" when looking at someone. I don't have a "type". In fact, I don't believe that most people have "types". I first want to know something about the individual. Most people who say they have "types" are simply referring to the person as a sexual object and what turns them on in a sexaul fashion--a very superficial way in which to see others.
