When I'm feeling well, I have a high sense of humour. Some things I don't find funny are scatological humour, very gross humour, jokes that involve hurting people, and some jokes that seriously disrespect a person's religion or culture.

Pretty darned high. I find the best thing I can do is to never take myself too seriously or life either. Makes it easier to find the little joys that can make a lot of difference. Not that life is not serious, but I most certainly don't try to blow it out of proportion the vast majority of the time.
