Feminists say those garments would have been impossible before feminism and are a big victory of feminism as they indicate the vagina is no longer readily available for the male.

The reverse is twice as true for male liberation. The more men will be able to sport readily sexual availibility/accessibility, the more liberated they will become. Moreover, men are by nature sexual in the very first place. So by sporting full readily sexual availibility/accessibility, men will fulfil their deepest nature.
