^ so, i think the issue is that stephen had already told irene that he was bisexual or gay - at least according to what i had heard.

so i don't think the issue was that irene was making some sort of revelation (because i think he already told her - plus he's pretty flaming) as much as it was her going against his wishes to not be outed on national TV.

Those award choices were horrible. Aside from Svetlana and Robin's win they were just kind of bull. Johnny's cute but definitely not the hottest male to grace the series.

The fact they gave awards to the newer seasons rather than the old ones is just proof that the series will degenerate further. When it started it was actually intelligent documentary-esque show about social situations in the US now it's just a few months in a frat house.

I really enjoyed the show. It was nice catching up with some of the older cast. I have to admit, I haven't been watching like I used to. The show has become one huge joke now.

I loved it back when it actually was important. I saw my first gay black man on tv! And my first openly gay HIV+ man!

Steven has always seemed gay to me the first time I heard him talk, and I forgot what season the guy he was hanging with on the awards show he seems gay too.

Yes, Ace is cute. And he actually seems nice.

I loved Sydney!! It was the first season since Philly that I was able to watch from beginning to end. Wait, was Austin before or after Philly?
 
New Orleans was pretty good. Not my favorite though. One of my favorite memories from that season was when Danny was talking to Julie about when he realized he was gay early on. He was telling her about being in the soccer locker room then he couldn't get up because the memory gave him a boner.
 
johnny winning hottest male was ridiculous. their choices for hottest male were off in general, i thought. my list of hottest male nominees would have been: eric-new york, danny-new orleans, chris-chicago, alton-las vegas, CT-Paris, ace-paris, maybe even simon-paris, brad-san diego, karamo-philly, landon-philly and jose-key west. Johhny wouldn't have even made my list.

Oh god yes. I love me some Jose. My boyfriend worked at the airport when their season was airing. Jose was on flight he was working. I was so jealous that he got to meet him.
