yeah tyler's pretty bad too, probably worse than davis - but i do feel like i'm crucifying these guys for their innately asscraptacular personalities - which have nothing to do with their sexualities.

of all the gay guys on rw (that i can remember), i liked danny from new orleans - sweet, handsome - he still had his annoying flaws, but his were more bearable than the others.

i think the reason he comes to mind the most, though, is that he was the most down-to-earth, and not some bitchy queen.

tyler's the essence of bitchy-queen, but i feel a little bad for him after seeing him express his crush on the other gay guy on the gauntlet (i'm just skimming through the streaming video now).

but i have to remind myself that he always acts so superior to everyone, like he's god's gift to gay men... so he's just getting his karmic retribution.

but still - i've definitely felt the weight of a one-sided crush before - so seeing him cry and get emotional over it makes him a little more relatable than the pompous queen he made himself out to be before.

i don't like any of these dumb ass straight guys on this challenge either. most of them are butterfaces. especially evan, CT, and nehemiah. frank is ok but he's so boring. kenny and johnny are just too stupid, i don't care how hot people think they are. there are very few good straight guys this year. the only cool one is brad.

yea watching tyler confess his crush and all he was saying made me sympathetic too. like so many gay people he has so many issues that he prolly hides with is over-the-top personality. like he was saying how he feels like ryan makes him feel so comfortable and he's the first person he can be himself around.

yeah but CT is a badass through and through, no apologies. plus, he's straight so part of the appeal is that we can't have him and therefore we don't really hold him to any standard outside of what he does to our dicks.

davis, on the other hand, is an out-and-out gay guy. and i personally hold gay guys in the public eye to a higher standard because they're often middle america's only glimpse of what a "gay person looks like" and how a gay person acts -

and - from the few episodes i saw of rw denver (i could only stomach so much of their melodrama), davis conducted himself in a pretty duplicitous way: acting like some victimized dude in need of the world's sympathy while at the same time being bitchy/catty/offensive to others (ie, his use of the "n-word" sparked a huge debate here on these forums - i wish i had seen that episode, but i only caught other people's views on it)

he's still hot, but his personality stinks.

allright - asshole is probably a better term for CT than badass.

i was going for a pejorative term, and apparently badass has some positive connotations - so my bad.

either way, the reason i didn't care about his personality was because he's a straight boy and a moron/dick all the time to everybody (in other words, he didn't have two different personalities like davis) -

the only reason i paid attention to him was because of how he looked (at least before gauntlet iii) - CT definitely put on the pounds and now looks pretty disgusting.
