One pound cut up Baccala , one pound linguine cooked alidente, one cup crushed tomato, tablespoon Oregano , teaspoon pink salt , teaspoon white pepper, 1/3 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped, 1/2 cup sliced black olives ,
Cook linguine and drain, in large sauce pan, add olive oil, Baccala, cook until tender and remove from oil . Remove oil from pan tomato sauce, oregano, salt ,pepper. Simmer 20 minutes toss in linguine and black olives, top with parsley as you serve dish. P.S. added touches use Greek olive also add fresh thyme in linguine. ( Enjoy)
