This guy reminds me of growing up in Florida, where all the boys and young men went shirtless all the time. It was very casual. I used to ride my bike all around, shirtless of course, taking in all the hot eye candy. You'd see workers like this guy, you'd see guys washing their cars, You'd see boys on bikes, playing sports, or just walking down the street, all naked above the waist. I don't know what's changed, you can still see shirtless guys sometimes, but for some reason, you don't see this all that much anymore.
