i hope so too.

if there is one quibble i have about the meet is that with the historic size of STL it was rather hard to mingle and socialize. there were just so many people! but i really can't complain. the very idea that there was this whole room full of people who before only socialized on line? that trumps my minor quibble any day of the week.

a week long carribean cruise should be organized for april of next year

I'm missing everyone too and like Stacy wishes there were a way to go back in time,but that usually doesn't turn out so good.....GL is wise on his cautiion here!

So many people,so little time to really socialize with everyone you would like.I'm wiith GL that is but a minor quibble when thinking over the tremendously positive impact and fun of the whole weekend.I was literally barely able to say more than a few words to some people....I was so nervous and star-struck!

I'm still so dissapointed I only saw Brian for just the dinner,but still so glad to finally meet him.

I had to see Stacy to greet her and was so happy to see after her initial nervousness her table was the setting of a rioutously LOL funfest!You have nothing to be nervous about,as you found out!

I was so impressed by Nine of Clubs....what a nice,thoughtful guy who really made me feel at ease.I'm glad to have found another friend here.

I was thrilled to have GL and centexfarmer for roomies.We didn't get a chance to spend hat much time together,but our lovable Texans were a pleasure to finally meet in person and they are just good people.GL is as nice and humorous and endearing in person as on the boards, has this soft Texas lilt that is as sweet as honey.Centexfarmer has this big cowboy style deep Texas drawl...and his stories at breakfast on Sunday were riveting and hilarious!I'm glad I was able to spend some time with them before they left after breakfast and join them and Bradlee and Just Bob for some conversation and company.


Brad and Just Bob are tremendous....two Boston area jubbers I was thrilled to spend quite a bit of time with.And I didn't even mind getting lost with you guys while passing cordoned off streets....that was interesting!Just Bob is a super,down to earth guy who I'm glad changed his name from Grumpy bear,as I never saw him in the slightest testy and snarly....well,occasionally with the GPS(you should have had it on a guy's voice)when she got a bit difficult.Brad is a sweetheart who is so fun,insightful,thoughtful,and God he doesn't miss a thing.Damn good observer and a wonderful expoerience to start to get to know him better.Class guy and oh,he's just pure gold!



Just so many people to give shout outs of appreciation,but everyone I spoke to and had the fortune of spending time with I'm telling you it was a pleasure and I wouldn't trade this for the world.You made my weekend special and thanks again Abs for hosting such a fantabulous weekend.Didn't get the chance to say goodbye in person,so I guess a cyberthanks will have to be sufficient.

saucy, you are a true sweetheart. you have a very kind and giving soul. i regret also that we did not spend as much time as we could have, but i was very happy to have what we did. and i have to tell you, nothing made me happier to see you out on that dance floor having fun.
