or as they are called now "Abuse Prevention Order" ever been servred one?

did you know what you actually did? okay this is the way it went. I was assigned to be this guys rep payee by social security which means i needed to know certain info so there wouldn be any delay with him getting his weekly checks.little did I know he still had his original rep.

I do not have an abusive anything in my body. how do they get away with that.


I even asked the officer that called me at the start of this and his answer was"do what you have to do"since i'm quoating it was "officer Nichols" of the Gloucester police Dept. that told me to do what I had to do.

I don't know what effect this is gonna have in my overall profile but it can't be good. it's bad enough to have a DUI seven years ago but now I am a abusive person. I know the victim is always right no matter how wrong they are at the time the bottom line, am i the only guy to recieve such an honor?
 
If the Restraining order was served to you because you were doing your job, and you think it is not deserved, talk to your bosses ASAP to straighten this out. It would help if you gave us a little more details.

What's all this? Who assigned you? Why would you need to be assigned if they guy still had a his "original rep?" Were you trying to scam on some guy's social security check? :confused:

it's a case of having my head up my ass, and no. he came to me and asked if i would be his rep payee. being the num nut i am, i agreed
his elevator dosen't go to the top floor and ilike a jerk i worried about him
