I think it's great people can come in here and talk about how someone is just looking for attention, when in fact, none of us know the situation. It could be all Chris' fault, it could be Rihanna's. If a girl puts herself in a man's place, she made that choice and she could suffer the consequences. But, if Chris just can't control his rage and feels he needs to hit on a female, that's another story. So for those who wanna judge the poster, don't be so quick to defend Rihanna just because she's a female. If a girl wants to start shit and step up to me, I'd hit her to. She put herself into it.

And why is anyone saying "oh, you dont know whose fault it is"? If rihanna happened to do something so unspeakably bad to Chris, you would have heard about it by now. Anything else and he should have controlled himself.

Rihanna stayed in the hosptial and had visible injuries

Chris Brown was arrested and charged

Chris Brown did not have visible injuries

Chris Brown fled the scene of the physical altercation

Based on the facts, why are you you taking Chris's side?

Why are you tearing Rihanna down instead of lifting Chris up?
 
Ok so the truth is out now. The good news is that Chris will get a lesser charge and might not get jail time.


Anyways here is the latest from TMZ it tells the whole story. And apparently Chris slapped up Rihanna before but she reported this incident because i was so brutal.


Chris Brown may have gotten lucky because the charge he was booked on is kinda weak, law enforcement sources tell TMZ. But he's still in big trouble, and Rihanna says it's not the first time he's attacked her.

Sources say the Los Angeles County District Attorney kicked the case back to the police for further investigation because evidence that he made criminal threats against Rihanna is kind of thin. Our sources are quick to say he will, however, almost certainly be charged with felony domestic battery, a lesser offense but still serious.

Here's how it went down, according to the police report. After Chris received a text message from a woman who wrote about getting together, an argument erupted. By the way, initially, Rihanna would not tell cops what started the argument.

She did, however, tell them that during the argument, he started hitting her. According to the police report, she ordered him to drive her home and "faked a call" to someone, saying things like, "He's dropping me off. Make sure the cops are there."

Rihanna told cops the fake call enraged Brown. He said something to the effect of "You are really fu**ed up now. I'm going to kill you." This statement is the basis of the criminal threats charge.

At that point, according to the report, Brown allegedly began a violent attack with his fists. At some point, Rihanna took the keys out of the ignition and threw them outside.

And there's this. According to the police report, she told cops this was not the first time Brown hit her. She referred to it as an ongoing and escalating abusive relationship.

We're told the criminal threats charge is based on that one statement Brown allegedly made. As one law enforcement source told us, "It's kinda weak, and the D.A. is not going to prosecute a high profile case like this unless it's solid." That's why it was kicked back for further investigation.

Given the brutal nature of the attack, which the photos clearly show -- contusions on the face, swollen eyes, cut lip, bloody nose, bite marks on fingers and arm -- a felony domestic battery charge is virtually a done deal. That, however, is a less serious offense than making criminal threats.

I still blame Rihanna.

Why?


Because since Chris used to beat her before why on earth did she stay with him. After he first beating she should have left. She didnt need him. She is the bigger star anyways and she seemed more mature for Chris to begin with.


So she chose to stay noone forced her to stay in an abusive relationship.


Also she started this latest fight due to her jealousy. Who Rihanna think she is? If Halle Berry can get cheated on what makes Rihanna think she would be all the woman Chris needs.


There are lots of gay/bisexual men (myself included) that would not mind sharing Chris even for one night so Rihanna should have just been a good wifey and turn a blind eye to Chris' infidelities.

Also she is to blame for not only starting the fight but further provoking Chris with the fake phone call about the police.


If you ask me she was asking for it.


Now that i know the entire story Rihanna got what was coming to her.


1) From the first beating she should have left him and ended the relationship.


2) She started the latest fight due to her jealousy


3) She escalated the fight and provoked Chris with the fake phone call.
 
What's interesting is that you're ridiculing and tearing down Rihanna who is the victim and praising her attacker, yet Chris's mom was abused for years, according to Chris. Did the mother of your beloved Chris get what she deserved too since she stayed with her attacker?

Rihanna started it with her jealous rage. But even before all of that Rihanna is the one that chose to stay with a man that beat her on a regular basis so Rihanna is no damn victim. Rihanna doesnt need Chris for anything. She had no reason to stay with him. After the first left hook she shoulda told him to TAKE A BOW.

She loved getting the spit smacked out of her or she would have ended the relationship along time ago; but no she stayed and stayed and only reported this incident because she bit off more than she could chew.

Rihanna provoked Chris with her fake police call. She should have gotten out the car after the upper cut.
