Even if you're not rimming, it's worth getting the Hepatitis A/B vaccine as long as you're having some sort of sexual contact with men (or plan to at some point in the future). Hep A is generally only spread through anal-oral contact, but Hep B spreads through the same activities as HIV and is much more contagious (something like 100x more).

Many county health departments will vaccinate men who have sex with men (and other high risk groups) for free or at a discount, so it's worth calling them up to see what they offer.
