Clean is important. Real important. I always prep try to prep myself before a hot date with a fleet enema. Doesn't require a lot of effort.

You have this the wrong way round -- a thorough shower is all you need before a rim. A douche/enema is a good idea before anal sex (and it's not too much effort), otherwise it could get a little messy...
