RB you say Bondi was way out of line and clearly she was but I’m not sure she knew that when she did it and maybe no one around her did either. Maybe they just do things and then deal with the fallout or maybe they are ignorant of what the actual law is.

It not an excuse but it’s notable that no one knew and makes you wonder who got canned at Justice. In the same case the Trump administration began by saying the court lacked jurisdiction to hear the case which they have done several times before yet they put on their case and abide by the courts decision. If that happens once it’s embarrassing if it happens 3 or 4 times it becomes humiliating but they don’t seem to care. I was once told the term ‘white trash’ referred to people who have no respect for themselves or others and this group fits that definition.

It was laid out in Project 2025. They will continue to try different things until the Federal Courts guide them to the legal solution to taking over Democrat-controlled cities.

TrumpCo. and Project 2025 are definitely trying to challenge Posse Comitatus for use in these Democrat run cities.

The hearing in California may be an important step in the process...obviously TrumpCo. need to get this up to the Supreme Court to have them overturn this 150 year old law.

And in the meantime, arming the National Guard in DC is clearly meant to establish the norm of a non-civilian force in place to enforce civil law.

I can think of nothing better than to send overdressed National Guardmen to Washington DC in the summer to stand in the swampy heat. That's going to help with recruiting.

It's also a good time for protesters to invade these states and cause mayhem... while the States' National Guard is otherwise engaged.
