Bingo. The reporter who wrote the story said that multiple attorneys are already seeking out the person who was fired for a wrongful termination suit.

The problem is that the Project 2025 people built in the assumption that it takes years for these lawsuits to be settled, which means the payout would likely happen during a Democratic Presidency (assuming that the Democrats can find someone worth running in 2028).
