It's already getting hard to get into the country. A friend of mine just went through US Customs at the airport this week. There were already rumors about being pulled out of line and questioned and phone/laptop searches, etc. The shutdown has made the process even worse- a plane of nearly 400 people from an international flight having to be "screened" by 3 customs and border patrol agents. It took hours.And the US has reached the 'Not allowed to leave the country' level of fascism in action.
If this holds in court , Amerikkka is now just one big concentration camp for the left.

Another reason why so many of us here just don't bother thinking of travelling and spending time in the US any more. Even family with dual citizenship just don't want the hassle and I don't want to see other people now being hassled either because they have been marked for harrassment by customs and immigration. Fuck that noise.
I am hoping that Bray and family can safely get out of the US to live in Europe before seizure and detention on 'Trumped' up charges.

The National Guard is blocked for now from deploying ANYWHERE in Illinois.
And another decision forbids federal agents, ICE specifically, from using force on journalists, religious leaders, and other protestors not presenting the threat of harm to the feds.
Now Trump will try overriding that with the AG and FBI. We'll see a violent incident soon as a false flag.

As noted in one part, the order has broad implications for all states, essentially confirming that National Guardsmen from one state cannot be used as an occupying force in another state where no insurrection exists.
We'll see whether the Gravy Seals get back on their bus and head back to their basement dwellings and trailers in Texas now or whether they remain as private citizens at the cost to the taxpayers in Chicago.
Too bad that from what we saw, there aren't any that seem to be fit enough to run the marathon.
As noted above though, expect some false flag incident to be choreographed in order to justify the Insurrection Act.

Another thing that the Courts need to fix: Border Patrol can only patrol within a certain distance from a border. Chicago is not a border town.
Except that the Trump Administration has tried to redefine where the border is... presumably with a Sharpie.
The border between the US and Canada runs through the middle of the Great Lakes. Stephen Miller says that the border is the shoreline of the Great Lakes, in this case Lake Michigan, which would make Chicago a "border town". Ditto for Milwaukee, Cleveland, Detroit, et al.

As I ranted like Cassandra in 2016 to all the Dem voters who wouldn't vote for Hillary...it was always about the judiciary...not the presidency.
And now the SC that the far right wing had the chance to create between 2016 and 2021 will soon demolish two party politics and the Voting Rights Act entirely with their upcoming decision.
This will ensure minority white rule forever in the US and obliterate representation of any racial minority.
