The power going out every few days is getting on my nerves, y'all. I woke up at 5 am drenched in sweat with zero electricity, but thankfully it only lasted for 45 minutes. I'm steeling myself for a repeat of last month's nightmare.

Now, I’m okay, but came across something, online, about using foil to cover south facing windows with, to help reflect some heat, so I’ve got a start made on getting my windows covered up. Only downside is it makes the place very dark. But I’d rather have it dark if it works.

I swear, the Leo side of me wants to scream down the phone at the electric company tomorrow. My power went out not one, not two, not three, but four times between 5PM and 8PM tonight. I don't know what kind of shenanigans they're trying to pull, but I am hoping and praying it doesn't go out again during the night. Anywho...

Good Friday morning, RM!

I'm sorry that you have to suffer in the heat due to all those power blackouts. I suspect what they're doing is hitting you with rolling blackouts, which is what power companies do when customer demand exceeds their generating capacity. They intentionally black out part of their service area to reduce demand for, say 20 minutes or so, and then they switch the power back on, and black out another part of their service area. You can usually escape those blackouts if you're lucky enough to be on a line that supplies emergency services, such as a fire station.

I hope your power has stayed on. I thought they would fix your states grid after the winter the power went out around the state. You will continue to have problems as long as they stay separate from the national grid.

Good FRIYAY evening, RM. I’m really sorry you are having to suffer all those power outages. It should not be happening. Hopefully it will be back to normal now. I hate the thought of you suffering in all that heat and humidity. I don’t want anything to happen to you. . Well, to help take your mind off it, I sent you a hot email earlier on today. .
I’m okay, and relaxing this evening. I saw four gorgeous, sexy, black guys in my local supermarket this afternoon, and wanted to have an orgy with them! Thanks and you too, John! I called the power company first thing this morning and they said one of their crews accidentally struck one of the wrong power lines, but it's been fixed and no more problems... for now. Lol.

I wish our governor had joined us up with the national grids too, Billy. But nope. Too busy collecting extra $$$ from the energy companies and asking us to scale back on using the A/C and other major appliances during certain hours of the day instead. Hope you had a great (and cool) day!
