I went to a hockey game Halloween night! The Flyers beat St. Louis 2-1 and we all got Snickers.

Not much happening this week, but next Friday I'm off to Cleveland and from there flying to Salt Lake City.

Enjoy the weekend! I think I'll clear some clutter.

It sounds like you did that same thing I did on Halloween. A couple of years ago, the kiddies stopped coming to my house on Halloween. It seems they mobbed the neighbors' houses that put out tables and a bunch of decorations in their front yards, and didn't bother coming to my place, with a single front door light. I said, fine. Next year I won't bother to buy any candy, turn out all the lights in the house, and go in the back and read a book or whatever. So that's what I'm doing.

Rob, I'm glad you could get out with your friends. I thought America got Halloween from Europe, but I guess it was us that raised it to a high art form. So I guess you're just getting caught up in England, with their little ghosts and goblins in their gardens.

I used to go to CVS every November 1 and buy the half-priced leftover Halloween candy. Although I haven't done that in years..
I WILL go there the day after Easter. Easter candy is so much better.
