It is a present day photo’ of a TransPennine Express class 802, 802203, as it heads past Hessle Road Signal Box with a crew training run as part of the preparation for these units being introduced on TPE's Hull services later in the year. The date is the 12th April, 2024. Again, I am having to copy and paste the photo’, there is clearly a bug in the system!

So, I’ve had a very mixed day. The time out with friends did not happen. One of them was working on a car, and the other two also had other commitments. Next Friday I am at the dentist so we will not be meeting up that day either.

Rob, I hope you are feeling better. It can be a disappointment when your friends don't follow through with a planned activity. And I agree that it's sometimes good to turn off the news reports for a couple of days. There's a lot of crap happening these days, and the news people tailor their reports to make you upset. You just need to shut them out from time to time for your own mental health.

Hello from Niagara Falls, Canada! I'm here for a few days. It's lovely but cool. Lots of other tourists are here and gawking at the falls...they really are impressive.
Confession time. I made $52 CAN at Casino Niagara. And promptly spent much of it at Dollarama. I have good snacks for the rest of my stay.
Hope your week is going equally well! I return to the USA Wednesday. But not right home.

As can be seen the train consists of 21 FCA wagons with 20ft Gypsum boxes loaded on to the platform. The train is 6D55, the 1032 Milford West Sidings - Hull Coal Terminal, on the 16th March, 2017.

Hi, again, RM. (*8*):kiss: firstly, thank you for your very kind words and thoughts. I am here, briefly, again, just to say that I have just had an accident - I should be online tomorrow, but here’s what has happened.

I have badly cut my middle finger on my right hand after a Bluray player failed. There was a disc in it, thankfully I was able to get it out - that’s when I slashed that finger trying to get the player opened up. The player is in bits ready for disposal. I have a couple of spare players and am now using one of them. I guess I cannot complain too much, it has lasted for ten years….;)

So, here’s hoping the badly cut finger does not get infected, etc., It is well bandaged, and I am using disposable gloves for washing up, etc.,

Therefore, I will attempt to send you those sexy studs next, and then I am going to bed.
