Well, today was good, but manic as always on a Monday. However I have had a relaxing evening. Tomorrow we have a big storm called Chandra. Gales, rain, sleet and snow will be lasting through much of the day.

Now two train pics tonight from the photo’s I found on Sunday. They are of Earswick, the first station from York, on the now closed line to Beverley and Hull. A four car diesel unit is seen entering and then departing the station on the 27th November, 1965. It’s just fascinating to see how it was on the last day.
