Now I’ve had a good day. I got to Scarborough on the train. As always these days, class 170 Turbostars. It was cold, cloudy but dry there.
On the journey back home, an announcement was made about a station - Nafferton - which we were not calling at. That error has been happening quite often lately. Perhaps the software needs updating.
I haven’t got round to enjoying the hot studs you lovingly sent me last night, but will be doing so later on tomorrow.

Hello from greater Cleveland! I've been having a lovely time. Saw some hockey and a great dance performance by the Martha Graham Dance Company. But, oh. It's 4° F (-15°C).
Tomorrow will be warmer but it won:'t climb above freezing for at least a week.
Good thing I leave Tuesday. Headed to...Niagara Falls.
I'm doomed to freeze.

Now, I’m okay, and more chores were done today. The railway forum I belong continues to be plagued by issues, especially a security one. There is a big, strange looking button at the bottom of each page, something to do with some security software. It gets in the way of composing posts amongst other things. It feels like we are being used as beta testers!
