I doubt this. I have read five different Dean biographies. All of which stated or implied that James Dean couldn't stand Rock Hudson because Hudson was a Queen and Dean was insecure about his sexuality and despised feminie men (of which Hudson was extremely feminine when the cameras stopped)

Just my two cents worth....
 
James Dean was gorgeous, can you blame Hudson or Taylor for wanting a taste? Or Dean for giving in to Hudson? I would have loved to see this play out. Talk about a love triangle for the ages.

That would make him one of the world's greatest actors of all time.
 
Rock was a beautiful man. I still watch his movies when I see one on the classic channel. I also read they hated each other. But if this happened it wouldn't surprise me at all. Rock only dated men with light hair. Dean fits the bill. And I don't think Rock was that big of a queen.
 
Elizabeth Taylor was SOO beautiful. Even now, she has retained most of her looks, but that photograph...wow. I'm in awe of her beauty.
 
LOL. Rock was handsome but not beautiful. Most beautiful actors ever: Monty Clift and Gary Cooper.
 
A couple of things I have to disagree with that people wrote. I went to a party at Rock's home and when I spoke to him he was definitely not queeny. He's pretty much just as masculine as he was in his movies. I also knew one of ex-kept boys, he went through many, and according to him Rock was definitely the top guy.
 
Rock allegedly was super hung (I've read that he was possibly 10"), so I'd hope he was the top! I'd have taken him in my ass for sure!
 
I met Hudson in NYC in early 1972 shortly after I got out of the service. I haven't a clue if he ever hooked up with James Dean but I can tell you the following. Rock was very masculine both in public and private and it never seemed anything but natural. He was extremely well hung (cut and thick as I recall), he was as apt to top as bottom even though oral sex seemed to be his preference and, although I only knew him for a very short time, he never discussed any of his sex partners famous or otherwise. If he and Dean ever actually had sex it would have been prior to mid-1955 which is when Dean was killed and it's very unlikely, given that homosexuality was rarely discussed at the time, that a "starlet" would be privy to such damning information on two of the leading men of the time. And exactly how accurate is the memory when one is rehashing information that is over 50 years old?
 
To the poster who asked, no I didn't get it on with Rock. It was an afternoon pool party,a welcome home party for his return from his tour doing Camelot. Loads of hot looking guys there. I did end up messsing with someone there but not Rock.
Since it was brought up, I asked the guy I knew who was one of Rock's ex-boys about Rock's..ahem..size. He said it wasn't overly long but it was real thick. Sounded good to me. Rock put him through beauty school, then dumped him and went on to the next kid. He said that was Rock's basic M.O. for years.
 
James Dean and Rock Hudson? Cmon... i honestly prefer James and Liz in bed
