Is anyone else watching this?? I thought I would start a thread because I was a huge fan of Rockstar INXS last year and this year has great performers as well. I love the people from Canada, as well as Dilana, she was awesome doing Lithium.
 
Ya, I just finished watching that too. I LOVE Dilana -- she's got that sweet raspy rock-chick voice. Easily my favourite. The last guy who performed was really good too. He gets bonus points from me just for performing a Billy Idol song haha.
 
I also was a big fan of Rock Star Inxs and was also a BIG INXS FAN! I saw them live back in '87 and Hutchence was such a talented performer :cry:
I actually bought the new cd with J.D.Fortune and it is surprisingly very good...although I wanted Marty to win. :(
I just watched tonight and so far the females are a lot stronger. Yeah---love Dilana too (was she looking at Brooke like she wanted :sex: her or what?) and Jill Gioia was a firecracker also. My fav guy was Toby Rand...he really brought something new to "Knockin' on...." plus that accent and those bedroom etes didn't hurt either! :D

Dilana rocks. I pick her. She had the right combination of stage presence, talent and sleaze. She was easily the best one out there tonight. She totally blew the band (Supernova) away. She left Tommy Lee flustered and speechless and that takes some doing. I honestly think that she's the only one with balls enough to front the band. Possibly Patrice, who was also good, but I like Dilana best. She is just soooo evil!!
 
I loved Dilana doing Lithium. Damn, I couldn't take my eyes off her and her voice was perfect for the song. I think the women were better than most of the men, although the last guy was pretty good too.
 
LOVE THIS SHOW!!! Don't really have a favorite yet and if I did I don't know any of their names.
 
So my favorite girl is Dilana and my favorite guy is Toby. I predict they might be the ones to beat.
 
Yeah I agree with all of you. The men aren't that strong this year, but I can't see a woman performing with Supernova. However, I think that Toby, the guy from Australia is pretty good. And good looking too.

I'm obsessed with Dilana!!!! It's a shame Rockstar Supernova's not as big as AMERICAN IDOL! I only managed to download her rendition of LITHIUM and RING OF FIRE on limewire and there aint any videos of her to download! ZOMBIE's not up there yet! Does any1 know where i could download the videos. ive googled already, but it's hard to find..

I also love LUKAS! I'd luve him to sing SMELLS LIKE TEEN SPIRIT by NIRVANA and CREEP by Radiohead. and he looks so adorable!!!!n cuuuuuuute!

Dilana Isn't some backstabbing, bitchy, cut throat person that people think you have to be to get ahead! She is a woman that knows her talent but doesn't shit on others!

I agree. I have to wonder what they were thinking when they chose most of the other contestants. They're all fine and well in their own little ways but surely the selection committee would know whether or not the contestants would be able to "fit in" with the kind of music the group would be making. Just not too sure why there's such a gap in the talent pool...

Stevie Nicks posessed by Satan?? Nice! That's funny because it's true.
 
I have a feeling they'll be having a different encore every week, trying not to pick the same person week after week.
 
I need some help here. We got hit by the nasty storms right in the middle of the results show on Wednesday and didn't have power again until Saturday. Who got kicked off?

Also, I completely agree that Dilana doesn't need to stoop to backstabbing. She's good and she knows it, but somehow manages to avoid conceit. I would love to hang out with her. I'll bet she's tons of fun.
 
The show should just end tomorrow and Dilana should be declared the winner.
