Chance, Ryan's budget purports to be an effort to balance the budget.
At first glance, it's easy to see that point of view. He's worried that we'll spend too much and face bankruptcy.

The thing that defecates on this scenario is that there is a huge tax cut for the rich bulit in his plan.

That changes everything.

And I'm sorry, if he 1)cuts Medicare benefits in order to 2) give tax cuts for the rich, that does qualify him as a sociopath.

Has anyone bothered to tell Eddie Munster that Medicare and Social Security aren't funded through the budget. Perhaps he's too busy jacking off while reading The Fountainhead or Atlas Shrugged. Ayn Rand: porn for the reactionaries!
