Jujubee did fairly well. She did mess up her dance steps and missed with the gown, so I guess I can see why she was lip synching for her life.

Now, Tyra. The favoritism is getting out of hand. She did not win the first challenge. Jujubee looked the best in the black outfits, and both Raven and Tati looked better than Tyra.

Some of Tyra's outfits during the main part of the show did look good (what happened to the Muppet fur dress? :confused:), but she lacked in every other area. She really doesn't have the Charisma to have beaten Raven. Her voice is horrible. Her Uniqueness comes from being a total Beyonce freak.

She has Nerve, but I see that as being oblivious to how bad she really is (as demonstrated in the choreography segment). Her Talent is limited to coming up with some good outfits, but that is not enough to be the Drag Superstar. I think she is weak as a performer and a spokesperson. I would hire any of the other girls to represent my company or organization before Tyra. If she knocks Jujubee out on the next show, I'm really going to be pissed.

i SO agree! jujube had the make up and whole look on!! i still don't see how tyra won, she looks so simple and not that great.
 
anyone watched the untucked episodes? i think it's so much drama than the main episodes, lol. i love it!

I don't hate tatoos. I just don't like hers. She looks pretty bad, to me, is all I'm saying.

I'm so sad that Tati is gone. Juju and her are my favorites. I don't understand why Raven is so fucking bitchy towards her. Tyra is boring...
 
Since there is only one episode left for the season, I wonder who Raven is gonna channel her negative attitude towards.

Probably toward Tyra who would seem the biggest threat.

I'm hoping this will bring Raven's nastiness and inhumanity to the forefront, for the judges and RuPaul to finally take notice, providing an opening for Jujubee to win.....
 
I don't think Raven's been nasty...I'd say more that she's frank and competitive...but not really nasty. I don't blame her either for her attitude toward Tati and Tyra either....She pretty much says what I'm thinking anyway. I know I couldn't stand to be around either of them without venting...

Tati was a passive aggressive trailer trashy little bitch that talked way more negatively about all the others than Raven does/did...I'm glad she's gone. Sure she was pretty...but she had no class whatsoever. She instigated a lot of the drama.

Tyra is only interesting because she's pretty and can really put a good drag look together well...otherwise she's a complete snore...no personality. I'm trying to recall...I don't think I've seen her laugh. She is also way to self-centered. She has made no effort to connect with any of the others...very stand-offish. Ru has to see this in her. I really hope she's the first of the final 3 to be eliminated...but I kinda doubt it.

If it does come down to a Juju/Raven F2...I'll be happy with either. Happier if Raven won it because I think she's the complete package. Juju has a great look too though...has personality and hands down is the best at LSFYL.

I'm gonna guess it's a Tyra/Raven F2....and Ru picks Tyra as the winner (only because the one's I root for never win...:()

With Tati gone I think Raven's negativity will implode allowing her demon father Trigon to to enter our dimension and destroy the world. Or maybe she will start picking on Tyra.

BTW, it's weird how the three finalists from Season 1 look just like the three from Season 2: a white girl (who looks a lot like Raven), a black girl, and an Asian.

Love Juju, but she won't win.

I like and respect Raven; she seems the most seasoned, versatile and overall talented. But she won't win.

Tyra is going to win. I don't think she is the most seasoned, I think she is a fucking airhead/ditz, I don't think she is the most talented, she is far from the most versatile in terms of ability; but she is pretty and can wear a dress well.

Why do I think Tyra is going to win? Because it is all in the editing. These "reality shows" all work the same; they film hundreds of hours of film, but cut it down to 40 minutes (for an hour long show). In that editing process they use the "reality" footage to create a coherent storyline for the viewer.

If you look at RuPaul's Drag Race, it isn't hard to follow that storyline. They presented heroes and villains, sweethearts and comedians, underdogs and golden-boys; all the characters a good TV show needs.

Tyra has been portrayed to be the ugly-duckling-turned-swan. She was originally presented as being out of her element and a total asshat, but over the past few episodes they've focused on her "dramatic improvements" and transformation into a real "diva."

(Ugh! If they start calling that twat a "diva" than the word has lost all meaning!)

They've not done a total hack job on Raven, but it seems she hit her plateau a few episodes ago and the judges are no longer 'wowed.' Tyra is the new 'it' girl, pretty consecutively, especially in their estimation.

Thus, I predict the shows finale will feature the peppy-underdog (Juju) giving it her all, but falling short of the finish line, yet departing with an upbeat and inspirational message to bring her bitter-sweet (sweet & sour? hehe) storyline full circle. Then the showdown of Tyra vs. Raven will commence.

(At this point I really wish the showdown would feature a knife fight instead of drag, because Tyra would get c-u-t u-p. ;P)

Instead, Raven will pull out all the stops and show her true Talent Charisma Nerve and Talent, while Tyra will flip-flop around the stage like an overgrown Barbie doll. Regardless, Tyra will be named winner.

Now, just so you don't think I'm a terrible twat; I think Tyra is a fabulous female impersonator, but she does not strike me as the full-packed 'drag queen superstar' that Raven does. Just my opinion.

So, these are my predictions. I hope to god I'm wrong and Raven flies high above them all, but time will tell.

:lol: That reminds me of the movie Cry-Baby when Hatchet Face says, "Sometimes shook up old ladies get....cut!"

I agree that pretty but vacant Tyra will win. Absolutely no personality. A blank page. I wonder if she and Ru are "bumpin' pussies"?
 
After watching the recap special, I think Raven should win. Her attitude (editing perhaps) may be bad but she brought it. I died laughing at everyone making fun of Tyra's monotone voice, especially JuJubee. The top three from last season looked great.
 
Based on the promo for RuPaul's Drag U, featuring JuJu & Raven along with other favorites from both seasons. It's safe to assume Tyra has won, she is not on the show.

Tyra is the only one that hasn't had to LSFYL, and always turns it out on the runway. The editing of this show has made it almost impossible to like Raven. JuJu has been a great personality but has fumbled too much to be deemed the winner.
