RuPaul's Drag Race Season 6

Well if someone returns then I hope of all the eliminated girls its Kelly cause I think she had the most to offer. She would done great in the acting and singing challenge and you don't need to be the best sewer to win look at jinkx n sharon

All she had to do was Kimora Lee Simmons!

I was thinking the same thing, although I'm not sure how funny she is as I'm not that familiar with her, but I think Gia might have been able to make it work.

I still don't know what Joslyn is doing there.

She has surprised me. I'd say she's doing pretty well, but ultimately I just kind of forget she's there. (Truthfully, I can say that about a good portion of this season's cast.)

I thought Adore was fabulous as Anna Nicole Smith. Ben Del A Creme as Maggie Smith was an unexpected turn of comedic gold. The come backs were fabulous and I almost felt sorry for Trinity when she tried to make a joke and Ben came back with "we invented the language." As soon as she made the crack about Citrus flavoured Vodka I knew she'd win.

Is it just me or is Courtney Act coasting at the moment? Knowing her performances from Sydney, she should be slaying those other queens at every challenge, but she seems like she's just coasting by on her looks. Her Fran Drescher was bullshit frankly.

I agree that Milk should have had to lip synch. I love Milk, and think that she's a queen to watch, but seriously, her performances both in snatch game and the main stage last week were weak. That said, I did buy tickets to see her when she performs in Sydney in May.

Laganja bores the fuck out of me. Stop crying already. When Bianca called her "Weeping Willow" I laughed my arse off. It's a much more appropriate name. And what was with her going after Adore. When Adore called her on it and she couldn't justify what was said to make her feel hurt I thought "you're playing a game and don't even know the rules, grow up." That said, she killed it during the lip synch which I was surprised by, who knew she had talent, cause from what we've seen I sure as shit didn't. She's another one I'd go see if she performed in Sydney. I think she'd be amazing live, but on the show she's coming across as a sooky, whinging bitch.

I was looking at my directv guide and it's listing on 04/07 2 new episodes of Drag Race. I wonder if it's a mistake or they are showing two new episodes in a row since the season started so late. These are the upcoming episodes

03/31 Oh No She Betta Don't
04/07 Glamazon by Colorevolution
04/07 Drag Queens of Comedy

I loved it when Milk came out and the camera shot to Ru's face. At first he was smiling, but the smile turned to pursed lips and narrowed eyes. I could tell Ru was thinking, "Don' f_ck with me, bitch."

Courtney, to me, is in serious danger of being just another Carmen Carrera or Rebecca Glasscock - without the bitchiness that came with the latter two. A body queen that only serves body... which is a shame, because she seems to have certified talent in that head of hers(as the queens say, she can snatch trophies).

This entire snatch game, watching it again, was bullshit aside from Anna Nicole, Maggie Smith, Judge Judy and Paula Dean. It wasn't the foolishness that went on in season 4, but it sure as hell wasn't memorable.

Courtney is better than she's making out. She's going middle of the road and it's irritating cause that is one brilliant queen. I hope she picks her game up. I thought she'd be top 3 for sure, now I don't know.

Paula Dean was brilliant. When she started eating a stick of butter I was like "Oh that's just awesome".

You could tell Ru was fucking pissed at the Male Ru walking out. I nearly snorted wine out my nose when I watched that. Not that I am because that would require a geo-blocker on my google and that would be naughty.

Finally got around watching the ep. Snatch game!

Gia: Surprised to see her go. Not that I ever thought she had a chance to win the season, but she's a pretty entertaining villain, and has just enough talent that her presence can be justified. In terms of personality, tonight we saw her at her best (when she was a friend to Laganja) and at her ugliest (when she left in the most undignified manner possible).

Milk: Uh, yeah, no. This one needs to step it up, and frankly, I don't think she has it in her. What she said to the judges about being laughed at was kinda heartbreaking, tho.

Ben: Definitely a strong contender. I thought her British accent was kinda off, but she was funny, and that's what counts.

Bianca: I'm running hot and cold on this one. She sure can be a huge bitch - and not just in the good sense of the word. For example, when she was calling Laganja an attention whore, please bitch, look who's talking. But then again, there's also sisterhood underneath all the attitude. I'm not even talking about her new alliance with Adore - that may or may not just be strategy - but about the confrontation she had with Laganja in untucked. Listen to what Bianca is actually saying, and you'll notice that it's mostly "tough love", with the "love" part definitely present, even if it's easy to miss at first glance. One thing's for sure: Bianca is an incredibly strong contender, probably the one to beat right now.

Adore: Good week for her. Loved her straight-talk with Laganja in untucked, didn't know she had that in her. She may be my favourite, actually.

Joslyne: Calling it now: she's Miss Congeniality. Not quite a strong enough contender for the big win, but immensly likable. And her snatch game performance was pretty strong, actually.

Courtney: Not much to report here this week.

Laganja: Hot mess. She has a (mostly) strong look, but that's about it.

Trinity: Hopefully, she can pull herself together, now that she got that off her chest.

Darienne: Likable, but kind of pales in comparison to some of the other queens.

Next up for elimination: Milk, then Laganja, Trinity, Darienne, Joslyn, Ben. Top 3: Courtney, Adore, Bianca.

Kinda off topic: but does anyone know if Santino is sick or something? I have noticed the past couple of seasons, something just looks a little "off" about him. Maybe he's just lost a lot of weight, and haven't figured out that he's gone too far.

Just wondering. He's not always someone I care for, but I hope he's okay.

That is a good question - I hadn't really noticed much other than the fact that he's bald now, but I hope that's just fashion or age rather than sickness.

He's probably on drugs or it could be natural health causes or simply doesn't age well. *shrugs*

I'm so excited for the next challenge, am I the only one who's a big fan of Trina and Eve? I have to say though, I'm so sick of these singing challenges. I mean there are a couple of drag queens who sing live but for the most part lip syncing is standard drag performance for a reason. I would rather see the queens lip sync to a musical ballad of top Diva songs than use their actual voices, that's when they'd really turn it out.

This season started off strong but it's becoming more and more obvious who the top 3 will be and I don't think it's a strong top 3 to begin with. Based on current challenge wins and performances, being unbiased, I'd say it's Derriene, Ben de la Creme, and Bianca. Like people have mentioned here, Courtney has just been "coasting" and I don't think she has anything more to give. She did say she's on the show for exposure in the USA and she already has established credentials in Aussie so good for her... but please leave. Trinity is fierce in her own right but she's missing the C, U, and N in CUNT. Adore, love her, but she really needs to work on her wardrobe. I love her choice of wigs though and I ADORE her dense personality lol. I like Joslyn, that's about it. Laganja HONEY CHILD, mixed feelings about this one but she's talented you can't deny that. Milk, what else can I say that I haven't already said... I hope she goes next. She was the most overhyped queen on any season that did not live up to the expectations.

I don't see Darienne making it to top 3 unless she steps up her game. With that said, it could be that we are seeing less of her because she is in it for the long haul, but I doubt it. I hope she proves me wrong though. I'd be happy seeing Bianca, Courtney, and Darienne at top 3.

Maybe Gia does come back? Here's a snip from her exit interview she did with FrontiersLA.

What was the most difficult for you?
Playing the comedy queen challenge. I never had any acting experience prior to the show, and comedy is not my strong point at all.

The Comedy Queens challenge will be episode 7. I love Gia, she's definitely my favorite queen this season, but I think episode 7 is a bit too late for her to come back. We'll see how this plays out.

Maybe she was referring to playing a comedy queen in the musical episode?

Could be but the title of episode 7 is Comedy Queens and I did speculate she was coming back because there was a clip from the season trailer of Gia that didn't air yet. Just a speculation...

I gotta hand it to Adore. She deserved to win this week's challenge. :=D:..|

Like Eve and Trina said...Adore NAILED the look, attitude, sound, everything. BITCH has won my respect...even with her unpolished wardrobe.

This week's challenge was HILARIOUS...I loved everything about it. I just knew it was going to be pure comedy watching these girls "rap"...and it didn't disappoint. :dead:

Bye, Milk. It was your time, sweetie!

Trinity...that was a close call, girl. Get your shit together. She's so talented...but so unsure of herself :##:
