RuPaul's Drag Race Season 6

Okay, there was a major "upset" with Adore coming out of nowhere to look like a heavy weight contender and all a lot of you care about is the tranny controversey? Seriously?

We know that the top now looks like Adore and Bianca with the third in doubt. Would DR really let a typical drag queen like Bianca win? Seems like Ru wants outside-of-the-box drag queens to take the title so Adore is looking more and more likely to win!

Oh! And I know Ru Paul is strict about her branding but WHY DOES RU INSIST ON WEARING THE SAME VERSION OF A LONG GOWN EVERY SINGLE SHOW!!!!???? Is something wrong with her legs? Can she not wear a pant suit, etc, etc? Jeeesh, Ru, if I have you to see you in one more full length gown. Ugh!!!!

When you have Bob Mackie making and inspiring your gowns, you can wear whatever the fuck you want. Until then, you can get over it.

And everyone's down on Bianca for wearing the same silhouette over and over and over. Try six seasons of the same long gown. Gawd. I mean, can't she wear that catsuit in the season six promos? Something. Oh, and Mackie doesn't make her gowns. It's some second tier designer.

This episode was decent. I liked that Ru is trying different things to change up the format, but I have to say that at the end, things were just too hectic for the audience to really see who deserved to stay.

I'm not surprised with this top 3, but think we all saw that coming. The cast of this season started off strong, but agree with me or not, the good queens left too early.

Oh well, EXCITED to see my boom boom Gia Gunn at the reunion. Ru better give the queen AIRTIME we've missed her.

I thought the third spot was between Courtney and Ben, and since latter was sent home last week, I thought it was Courtney for sure. However, Darienne really brought it this week and I think it was a really close call.

But ultimately, it's between Adore and Bianca, as I had expected for some time now. I think I preferre Bianca, but I would be fine wth either choice. I also think it's worth noting that their speeches were head and shoulder above Courtney's and Darienne's.

Loved "Lunch with Ru". She can take rehearsed platitudes and really make them sing like no other.

Loved Ru's gown tonight, although it gave me a seizure.

I agree. I kept thinking what would Gia, Trinity or Laganja done at the final catwalk? Quite frankly the four final looks were sleepy!

Darienne Lake -- too little, too late, hunty.

So Adore wins. Calling it - will be sort of shocked if it's Bianca, will be absolutely FLOORED if it's Courtney.

They would've turned it out, hunty! I wasn't a fan of Roxxxy, but boy when she came out in that green "sequins" dress on the final runway I was in awe. Loved Alaska's final white ghoul look as well. This final four was like, really? Ya'll gonna wear that to leave a final impression? It would've been nice to see Courtney in a couture gown or Bianca with something different for a change. See, Adore's was very plain but she has not looked like that all season, very Courtney of her but she pulled it off although it was still "meh".

I just don't see the star quality in any of the final 3. :/ Love Adore and although I know she will become a "drag superstar" over the years, it's not her time yet. I get that she does the "trash/glam" look but it could still use some fine tuning which will come with more experience. Not a secret on this forum, been a fan of Bianca since day one but her lip-sync is so bad it's not even funny. Courtney, as she said, is already a drag superstar in Australia and that's nice honey but your "just pretty" drag will not go further in America.

The shade of it all...Dallas Dellaforce in 2006 & 2010 vs Courtney Act On Dragrace 2014

Darriene looked like a knockoff Jade Jolie in that banjee outfit. And those shoes that she used with it were equally just as bad.

The use of the word She Mail was not used in a way to downgrade transsexuals on this show. As seen by the "Female" or "Shemale" mini challenge, shemale was used to poke fun at dudes in drag. I did not see one transexual. When did it suddenly become about trannies (oops, is that not politically correct, too?). Drag race is one of the top, or IS the #1, show on mainstream TV that sheds positive light on the LGBT community. I've made my straight male friends watch it and they enjoy it for what it is... dudes in wigs competing for a fictitious title. It is NOT that serious. If it weren't for RuPaul and this show I would've never seen drag queens the way I do now. All of a sudden everyone wants to be so damn sensitive.

End rant.

Ok have become a closet fan of this show because of Bianca the cynical so and so can make me laugh in and out of drag. In regards to She Mail thing, picture if a straight person played that game on the show or said that about say a Drag Queen delivering mail or sending an email? Seriously take yourselves out of the situation there would be out rage from the LGBT community as a whole. I know what they were trying to do but sometime I thought is that transphobic?

I think Bianca is going to win with Adore first runner up and Courtney second runner up. Ru would choose Adore if she had a bit more experience and polish. That said, I think Ru is going to give this to Bianca as an acknowledgment of drag tradition. Bianca is pretty much everything we've come to expect from a drag performer -- bawdy, quick wit, decent illusion, fun frocks, etc.

They are friends, if I remember correctly. We had this discussion on reddit in the past. I don't think Courtney just ripped off her looks.

But that's the thing, it was done on a show that EMBRACES tg/lesbians/gays, and as I've mentioned, the "men" who were labeled "she males" weren't transgendered, they were "drag queens". Anyway, logo has discontinued the use of the word she mail and that's the end of it. :)

Oh, look, it's Courtney Act. (Only much less tanned and with a helluva lot more C.U.N.T.)

I do like her though.
