I've never been a fan of it. I think it looks stupid. It has nothing to do with race either. I've seen many guys of all races doing it. Looks just as dumb no matter who it is.

I was at the mall last week with my 10 year old daughter and this guy was walking around with is ass hanging out. It pisses me off. Have some respect for the people around you.

A poor choice for style, i remember this was common with people that were less than desirable to be around. Thugs, and generally people you'd never want to be associated with. I have no idea how this caught on, but its not new for those that think they're setting the trend.

That trend is fading away, and it seems that a lot of teenage guys dress much better than they used to when I was in school. They have better haircuts too.

I loved growing up in the '90s, but honestly... the fashion of that era was beyond awful.

I know some will not agree with me but I think wearing your jeans almost at the top of your thighs (ie. sagging) is the worst style that ever happened.

Yeah its nice to see a guys hot butt in briefs but thats it is stupid. At least we know they have to wear clean briefs.
