Sad sad sad

He's cute btw.
Hopefully his appeal goes well for him, highly doubt it though.

Sorry about the dup, just saw this on a thread in CE&P

When will this crap ever end? Come on Obama, get with the program. You are losing some of your best people.

He is cute as hell. Here is his facebook photo.

What I don't understand is - he DIDN'T tell. He never disclosed his sexuality to ANY colleagues.

It was all down to a chance discovery on his mobile phone, which I would have thought was private business.

Is it not even enough for them that he kept his sexuality secret to everyone while on duty?

Are the U.S. military allowed to summarily discharge people based solely on second-hand information?

no doubt SOME other people already knew or suspected - and when they got their hands on his phone -that was their opportunity to "get him" and it worked.

No offense to my Lesbian friends - but it seems that the military is much much more homophobic about gay MEN than they are about rug munchers. it's not like they're not OBVIOUS.

AND ....on a SUB it's much "worse"- the close quarters-- the fear that he's gonna attack everybody in the middle of the night -- ya know... ya know how these gays are.

It is a shame - that they can't have more protection - kick them out for breaking actual Code of Conduct regs - not for being gay.

That works both ways.... All those months on tour, no women around. Guys gotta do what a guys gotta do.

My partner got kicked out for being gay. Other countries have no problem, but, boy-o-boy, the so called "city on a hill" certainly does! And people, including my partner, wonder why I don't get a tingly at the sight of the flag.

I just saw some quote recently from a soldier in the 80's i think -

he said - -i got two medals for killing men and a discharge for loving one.

left me speechless - which, as we all know, hardly ever happens.

yeah, well, those guys aren't gay - -they're just "relieving tension" that's all.

and they practically just whisper when they say - fuck my ass , now..
