I love Sailor Moon!!! The English Dub was Horrible. DIC changed things that did not need to be changed. When Cloverway did the dub it was far better, but still not great. The episodes I love the most were when they actually dealt with the story arc. The Filler episodes in either case are ok at best. Like the last part of the first Sailor Moon Series was awesome, same goes for S and Stars

I still liked the English Dub despire the changes. I think DIC at least did a good job with the voices compared to Clover. Their voices, especially for Sailor Moon, were so bad I couldn't get into the show anymore. They did a better job of keeping their dub closer to the original but things were still changed, like two of the Sailor Scouts who were lesbian lovers changed to "cousins" and a homosexual male character Fisheye changed to a female.

One thing I liked about the English Dub though compared to the Japanese original version is that they allowed the youma,cardians,droids, etc. to talk while in the original some of them could only repeat their names or short forms of it (similar to Pokemon).

Sailor Venus was the ultimate Sailor Scout. Loved this show, one of the best things about the 90's.
