How long has Sammy Case been around?

Can anyone tell me how long Sammy Case has been around? I'm pretty sure he goes back to at least 2004. Can anyone remember when he came out? (no pun intended!)

He made it into big-time porn back in 2004 but Sammy Case was around long before that. I remember when I lived in Fort Lauderdale and he was an "unknown" dancer at some of the local clubs. While still enjoying popularity, I think a lot of it has waned in the past year or so. His big year was 2004.
