I finally broke away from my iPhone. I got bored after 4 years and wanted to try something new so I went with the GS4. Only had it a day so I'm not done playing with it. The main thing that stands out is the easiness of adding music/photos to your phone. Just as simple as opening a window and copying it over. I still have my iPad and my old 3GS I use as an iPod around the house so I'm not free yet :) Does anyone else have one and how do you like it so far?

I have one and I LOVE it. I'm so happy I didn't go with the new Iphone. I also prefer the bigger screen of GS4. Just everything really.

I have a GS3 still a member of the Galaxy family I loved it at first but i'm just bored of it now haha. But its been a year since I owned it the battery life sucks on the GS3 but I herd its really good on the S4. My friend bought the S4 I played around with it & In the end I told him you're probably not going to use all the features on the phone with in a few months... But then thats just me :)

I quite like it.

if you sync a lot of music, I really recommend Media Monkey -- it's got a feature that I like where I can maintain a playlist on my computer, and when I plug my phone in, it copies all the songs on that playlist into a \Music\ folder on my phone.

I'm also a huge recommender or BeyondPod if you listen to podcasts at all... it's not as great as iTunes for podcasts, but it's the best android app for it that I've come across. I like the fact that I can direct it to download podcasts overnight while I sleep, and only when I'm connected to wifi, so that they're there waiting for me on my phone to listen to when I leave for work in the morning.

I've had it almost a week, so far so good. I ran across an 8GB card for about 7 bucks and move a couple hundred songs and photos I have to and cleared up the space on my phone, that's just a big plus in itself. I have to figure out this google address mess. I have contacts showing up from years ago when I logged in, now I have to delete half of them. The S-Voice is great. It takes dick-tation like a porn star and makes sending texts a breeze.

I never been a fan of syncing music, never did with my iphone either, I'd rather manually put them because I remove and add different ones depending on my mood. I listen to about 10 podcast on a weekly basis and found a app called Podkicker and its pretty good but im always looking for something new to try. I hate i can't get instacast app on here though. Everyone wants you to download their podcast personally and its too much trouble keeping up with all of them when you can have them all in one place.

I am very tempted to get one -

But I am holding out hoping Verizon gets the 32GB version....

I have just seen that Verizon will have the 32gb Galaxy S4 this week -

I am getting VERY tempted.

I know Verizon is expensive - but they do have the best coverage.

Anyone have any thoughts pro or con I should consider before I make the move?

Thanks -

Not sure what "move" you mean. If you mean carriers, then I'm not sure. I've been with ATT since it was Cingular. If you mean making the move to the S4 then sure go ahead. There a few things I have found out that I don't like but its not the phone's fault. None of my headphone controls, at least the volume controls, work. I have a set of Bose earbuds and Soul by Ludacris headphones. I got the version that were made to be compatible with the iphone so the most I can get them to do is pause or skip songs, neither controls the volume.
