Can anyone tell me what sort of internet connection it uses if you are in the bus station or under a tree somewhere relaxing.

Or

can it connect to a usb mobile broadband as i understand usb mobile broadband is much cheaper than phone broadband is that correct ?

It is its own USB mobile broadband modem it doesn't need any extra equipment. The cost of mobile broadband varies widely but you should be able to avail of the same rates from your provider as the rates they charge if you were to buy a stand alone USB modem from them.

oh ok, i get it now coz tiny simm card can transfer from usb modem to Omnia. Thats cool than. :)

Very nice to have one but i dont really need one yet.

Still doesn't kick iPhones nuts.

Just the touch screen is so nice to play with.

I havent touched a samsung though.
 
It was the first generation iphone that didn't have GPS. Using the assisted GPS mine gets a fix in seconds. The assisted bit is the phone geting a rough fix from phone masts to enable it to get a fast satellite fix knowing which satellites it should be looking for in that location. My iphone is also a very capable modem / wireless router so I can use my unlimited data plan on my laptop without taking the phone out of my pocket.
