The tribunal in the Darlington case has delivered its judgement. It held that the NHS trust indirectly discriminated against nurses by allowing a biologically male transgender woman to use a female changing room.

Look at how the BBC frames it: deliberately unclear, to obfuscate who won the case., and who violated the rights of whom.

It was obviously a whitewash of a judgement. Any reasonable person can see that 'Rose' deliberately behaved confrontationally and was out to cause trouble. He was also deliberately being indiscreet when getting changed
 
For the benefit of those outside the UK, and therefore not familiar with the NHS:

All you need to know about the NHS is that they want to bring back inbreeding.
Their new guidance says "first cousin marriage" can be "beneficial."

That's not strictly true. The story relates to some dodgy guidance to midwives and is not NHS or government policy. I doubt that first cousin marriages will ever be legislated against, not least to avoid antagonising the Muslim community, but the risks are such that I can't see it ever being officially encouraged.

The dodgy guidance was, however, published by the NHS itself, and it is still NHS policy to inform midwives of the "benefits" of inbreeding, I mean "first cousin marriage."

Also, over on the continent it is already illegal in nearly every country yet many citizens of Moroccan or Turkish stock go to the old country to marry a cousin and return home with the fait accompli.
And yes, their offspring or often deplorable.
 
I stand corrected. Wikipedia is never a trustworthy source as it is corrupted by activists of every extreme, but yes, it seems (from the government commission reports and law firm publications that I got through AI) there are no laws against it in most EU countries yet. They've even only started debating it in parliaments over the past 2 years. I'm stunned. Hope things will move fast because the increase in handicaps I'm seeing recently is heartbreaking.

You see, cousin marriage doubles genetic risks for recessive disorders, but only if the cousin's parents have no other inbred ancestors. If you marry your cousin, and your parents did the same thing, the risk increases a lot more. In some countries, people have been fucking their cousins for many generations and it shows.

But anyway, I am glad things are shifting in the UK. Sandie Peggie, the Darlington nurses, and now Jennifer Melle are WINNING. Nature is healing.
