Sarah blames everyone but herself

Again what is wrong with peole questioning the integrity of the media?
You can try and question the media all you want but there is too much media avalivble to get all the information you want.
When people questioned Obama's citizenship the liberals screamed.
Probably because there was no story here but lets make Obama look like he's not one of us.

When McCain supporters questioned Obama's patriotism liberals screamed.
See above, oh and if someone hasn't been stood up for treason and convicted. its a little unpatriotic to question another man's patriotism.

When people questoned his experience liberals screamed.
Look and see what Lincon's experience was... oh never mind

Other Government Positions:

* Elected to Illinois State Legislature, 1834
* Member of U.S. House of Representatives, 1847-49

Yet time and again the liberal media has pryed to Palin's in-laws
pryed..?
questioned her maternity over Trig
good point but there was a rumor about her daughter and there was too much speculating about the woman because nobody knew who she was at this point.

her clothes
Well the amount of money spent on her clothes could of kept care of 4-5 families for a year. Not to mention how she was just "another average...Joe six pack" but needed these expensive clothes.

her standing at a turkey farm,
I think any PR person would tell you that wasn't a good idea.#-o

over whether she knew Africa was a continent
I don't think this would even stump a fifth graded or any contestants on that show, its like the $100 question on Who Wants to Be a Millionare?

and various other things amounting to character assasination.
Every time the Palin speaks, she commits character assassination on herself.

And now liberals take issue with a conservative film maker doing an investigation piece. Ever heard of Michael Moore? Liberals are the last to complain about such film making!
 wasn't the problem with Palin's answers to the questions?
Thats fine if liberals want to drink the Obama kool aid but don't put salt in the Palin punch and then wonder why conservatives bitch something tastes bad. Play fair liberals
I think I'll try the Obama Kool-aid for a while. I sure don't want the salty Palin punch.. Oh I think someone peed in the bushes.:(

[/I][/B]Good old Ronnie "Skipped WWII" Reagan.[STRIKE] she [/STRIKE]he got by with a doctor's note.

Alfie, you should give up your mendacity concerning Reagan. He enlisted, he was called up, he got a physical, he got orders, he followed them. He didn't ask for the problem that got him assigned away from combat, nor did he ask for a doctor's note.

You're essentially implying that anyone with a combat-disqualifying disability is a coward. That's really liberal of you.

Your responces go to show any point of view can be rationalized. It is ok liberals screamed about Obama's citizenship being questioned because there "was no story" as you put it. But when there "was no story" with Palin and Trig all of a sudden it is justified, because it is about the other side and not our beloved Obama. Hypocrisy!

I should have said you were correct instead of good point, some media did get their stories wrong and what they did was not acceptable, they were reporting rumors.

Explain how it is he avoided WWII because he had "poor vision," yet never wore glasses in his chimp movies.

I grow impatient with your strident defense of Republican draft-dodgers and service-avoiders. Are you one? Further, Sir, I've asked you for documentation before on this very matter. Sadly, to date I've seen zero.

You've never bothered to look, have you?
You have your made-up version of things, tossing all Republicans into the same category, and you don't care about the truth. You haven't even bothered to do a simple Wikipedia check before you tell your lies, have you? If there were any doubt, it wouldn't say so definitively that he just followed his orders. That you even have to ask for documentation shows that you haven't done a lick of research; if you had, you'd know where it is.

Your strident attack on all Republicans as "draft dodgers" is just filth, and you know it. If anyone should be castigated, it's the cowardly Democrats who although a majority can't even get a third of the military composed of their people. Why do Democrats hate America so much that they won't enlist? Reagan enlisted, but your cowardly jello-backboned Democrats just sit and yell at people for having no guts -- because they lack the spine to even stand.

Good old Alfie, always asking for cites, while he sits and makes things up instead of finding out.

And when called on it, reverts to character attack. [-X

And now liberals take issue with a conservative film maker doing an investigation piece.

LOL, I have no problem with questioning the media so I don't disagree with your main point, however, I think it's pretty clear simply from the title of that documentary that it is most definitely not "an investigation piece".

Mary Kay, I have provided cites. I'll do so again: Glenn Greenwald's "Great American Hypocrites: Toppling the Big Myths of Republican Politics."

:rotflmao: That's not a cite, it's an advertisement!

What I've given is better than that -- it's an open source, available to all, and just typing in two words I gave you on your browser would have done you far more good than making up more epithets and slurs.

Since you don't like what I've given, try this, from the U.S. Navy:

Reagan At War
Soon after he married Jane Wyman in 1942, reservist Reagan received the expected call of duty.

Contrary to the myth of the Hollywood personality who merely donned a uniform, Reagan wanted to go overseas. But in an induction physical, doctors told the future president his eyesight was not good enough for him to remain in the service as an officer. Reagan steadfastly insisted on remaining in uniform. In the face of his quiet persistence, the medics relented but limited 2nd Lt. Reagan to duty in the "zone of the interior" - the U.S. For a time he served at Fort Mason, Calif., as liaison officer for the Port and Transportation Office. It was a typical admin job for a junior officer, in no way related to his background in Hollywood.

That's off the official website of CVN 76, the carrier USS Ronald Reagan.

The same essential information can be found in several hardback encyclopedias, and various biographies of the man.

And a history of the cav unit to which he was originally assigned notes that it was his hope to go overseas.

Now, go argue with history if you want, but stop lying about the man.

Ah, no, it's a book, we read books to learn things. Go to your library, order it online, whatever -- read the book.

"Reagan steadfastly insisted on remaining in uniform...." (!)

Yep, she wanted the git-up, the prop, the costume, but she didn't want to fight. And Oh, rich, that's rich. Written by the USN press office for the ship's Web site! Yes indeedy, that's a cite!

So again you ignore a source that doesn't agree with you.
Reagan wanted to go overseas. The doc said no. He said "I ain't quittin'." So they found him a job. Later they discovered he had acting experience.

So -- have you enlisted yet?
