I have to admit, females can have some beautiful hips sometimes.

Generally, I find some women beautiful to look at and appreciate the female form. I see or feel nothing beyond the overall beauty. A Playboy centerfold does absolutely nothing for me other than admiration that the woman has maintained a beautiful body or was gifted with such beauty. It is more like looking at art rather than anything sexual, although I can see how some women are perceived as very "sexy" and have told female friends when I thought they looked sexy and beautiful.

I agree with the second part of your post, but I think you are forgetting about RuPaul, whom Gautier used on his runways, in Paris, I think. But I think it is unfair to expect women to be able to wear clothes that are designed for a drag queen.

He brought this up because he is a hair stylist in progress and realizes that most of his clients will be women, as he stated above. Maybe you skipped that post.

My clients have typically been women as well, and I started out as a fashion designer and designed evening gowns for women. Originally, I designed dresses that I thought I would like to wear, if I were a woman, but eventually I externalized it more and considered the sculptural aspects. I've always been attracted to beautiful women, but because I wanted to dress them - not have sex with them.

When I took life drawing classes, I was not thrilled to have to draw women (the men were much more interesting, although more difficult to draw), and so I had to visualize them as a sofa, or something else that I would need to draw for my design degree (I was studying furniture at the time). I was never good at fashion illustration because I drew women realistically instead of stylized.

If you are going to be a hair stylist, try to relate to what you have in common with women, such as their desire to attract men, although possibly women have their hair done to compete with other women. I think this is what they do in fashion, since women pay more attention to what other women are wearing than straight men do.
