It is this kind of saturated vitriol that has poisoned the political climate in the US to the point of absurdity. This is all about seeing if enough shit can stick to Hillary before 2016 in order to keep her from becoming the first woman president of the US. It is no wonder that both parties in the US have lost just about any credibility as being able to focus on the issues that need the most attention.

All American politics has become is an endless cycle of trying to destroy the other guy's brand when they appear to be the person that just might win an election. And you all wonder how you ended up with a candidate as mediocre as Romney.

This thread is about what CBS News found out about the State Department and most of you people still want to talk about Bush. Bush hasn't been President for almost 5 years.

Did you watch the whole CBS report? You're trying so hard to blame this on Hillary Clinton, and claim she was involved, when the facts as stated in the CBS report show otherwise. The only time she is mentioned is at the end of John Miller's report. He said that, after the secret service prostitute scandal, Clinton asked if "we" had a similar problem. Miller states that she was told "we do not."

You're being dishonest, Jack.

No, we didn't end up with a loser with Barack Obama. You disliked him from the start. Search back to some of your posts about him in 2009 and you and the other right wingers never gave him a chance.

So, WHAT President hasn't consistently done THAT, in our lifetimes? Campaigns are always built on lies. If a politician actually told the absolute truth of what would be done if he/she gets into office, that politician would NEVER win an election, even for City alderman.

Obama was at least capable of "talking the talk" enough to get elected, while Romney and his batshit-crazy allies made no secret that their ONLY goal was for America to collapse, so that Obama would look bad - and to make sure that anybody who is not a straight, white Christian male is put into their place along with the rest of "them people."

You beat me to the final item there: Clinton depended on her underlings to tell her the truth -- which is what she's supposed to do. It isn't her job to do everyone else's job. It would make far more sense to demand that the personnel officers responsible for hiring these agents be fired...
not that that would make much sense, either. But what does make sense is something already being impeded: investigating what's going on.
