I think that sexual pleasure has a lot to do with the really intimate contact with and knowledge of another person (both for gay and Hetro people). Really great sex is all to do with intimacy and giving pleasure.

As for the original post/question, it seems to have been framed in a somewhat confrontational way. That kind of framing is just going to invite negative responses.

To answer OP's question, the other guy would have to work really hard to talk me into letting him watch me. He'd have to convince me it's really what he wants to see, and not expect that I'm interested in watching him do the same. But yeah, if he was hot and sincere, and didn't expect reciprocal action, I'd have no real problem doing it.

From my experience in the Marine Corps, it didn't take long at all to get use to the door-less stalls. Oh, it was weird at first, but out of necessity, you adapt quickly. That being said no one was trying to get off on you taking a shit. I suppose one could get use to that, too. I personally don't find it at all erotic, and wouldn't likely hang around with someone who did. To each his own, but scat isn't for me.
