I'm not sure why people constantly mock this 'Church'.

The whole alien space cathedral is no more ridiculous than following a cosmic space zombie by symbolically eating his flesh and telepathically repenting of your sins to him because some sand-rib-made crazy woman was persuaded by an anthropomorphic snake to eat an apple from a magical tree.

So, really. Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Scientology...same shit, different maker.
