Scratch Ticket [Democratic Candidates that dropped out of 2020 race]

I think Gabbard was hoping for a contested convention and now it looks like Biden just wins outright, and there won't be a convention at all. I suspect the people writing the checks know how to count.

I can't even begin to believe that she thought she would ever still get enough delegates to even be a player at a brokered convention....which is the only reason that any of them might have stuck with it.

And Biden or Bernie sure as fuck wouldn't be choosing her as VP.

This is still a bafflement to me unless she was still managing to attract donor (Putin) dollars to her campaign.

Well, never underestimate human stupidity, however I think you're probably right about the money. Tulsi was along for the ride and then the gravy train stopped, and she got off.

Of course everyone knows that Biden is now the Democratic nominee, and Sanders is out. Time to bring people together.

I like Biden but I would have and still will vote for whoever gets the nomination without any reservations. My first pick was Kamala Harris - hope she makes it to the VP spot.

Curious that I saw campaign ads for Trump for the first time today. Nothing new. No new promises. No mention of the state of the nation today. Only what Trump would call 'achievements'.

I saw one on MSNBC of all places, it was just a pack of lies as usual, right down to the Black actress kindly smiling on all of his greatness - you know there's been so much winning, I can't see the achievements through all of it.

I'm so happy there was a token Black person on the TV to smile in that direction.

Time to start scratching off the VP picks, my money is still on Kamala, in fact I hope Biden wins, and on the day after the inauguration Biden turns to his veteran Prosecutor VP, and says:

"...There they are Kamala, GO!..."

Speaking of Kamala - this interview yesterday gave me hope. It was refreshing to listen to her.
