I get so annoyed when people shove things up their arse without thinking of the consequences. I work in an x-ray department and the number of times men come in with foreign objects up their arse is amazing. We've had magazine rolled up in plastic wrap, beer bottles, vibrators which are still going, shampoo bottles - the list goes on.

You can easily lose something up there that cannot be easily retrieved so you have to suffer the embarassment of having to go to hospital. Surgery is required if they can't get it out by other means.
