I am still seeing red in this and b/c of that I can't write it so it makes any sense

the bottom line is the little guy just got screwed by big business

when I calm down I will try to put the words in the right order
 
I feel the same way about a lot of the providers, it seems to me we are left with the worst or worse still. I will want to read what you say if you ever settle down. If you want I could come over and kiss you up.

I have to lol when I first got cable I stayed home all day so as not to miss the installer. He never showed. I called them and they said he'd be there the next day. He didn't show again. So I called them back and said "forget the whole thing." They were so stunned they didn't know what to do -- nobody had ever done that before. It was another year before I finally broke down and got cable TV...
 
comcast sucks anyway, we had them for a while but they all ways tried to bill for crap we did not have.

I switched to dish and been great ever since...
 
Our local Comcast sucked out loud for years... Horrible service, outrageous prices... Until the competition came to town (Verizon's FIOS)

Now, magically their customer service has improved, prices have been slashed, they couldn't be nicer on the phone....

What a coincidence ! Bastards.
 
^ kind of have a similar connection. When I was a manager in Michigan, a person that worked at the Municipal League went to work at Comcast. He's now a VP and in charge of much of the eastern half of the U.S. I interviewed about a year ago for a junior VP job in Philly....I didn't take it but met a lot of the company officials.

I've not had a problem with Comcast for some reason.....
 
My main complaint is that they always give you a different answer when you call. And now they are charging for service calls, even if it is a problem with their equipment. The worst part is they didn't even inform me that there was a charge. Needless to say, it was reversed.
 
Fucking hate comcast.

The TV isn't so bad. It's the internet that they really fail at. And than fixing it.
 
Okay see if I can say it without seeing red.

I heard on the tv that there was a special for just 29.99 for tv for a year. I happened to be online and thought I would check it out on line. It was the same 29.99 for cable tv. I talked with one of their talking computers and I asked what it would be for the second yr, the computer said it goes back to the reg price

I talked with a friend a month later and he said he got the 29.99 special plus the sec yr was just 10 more.

I was thinking that is what I asked for in the first place but the computer said there wasn't a special like that online

I talked with an actual person and she said that she would put me on the 29 and 39 special. I told her that I had just rec'd a contract for the one yr special and she said not to send it in as I would be getting a 24 month cotract. so I didn't send it.

now I get a bill and what was to come out in the wash was still wrong. I was taken off the 29 spec and put on the reg price b/c I didn't send the contract in that the comcast rep said not to do.

So I ask if I could just be put back on the 29 and comcast said NO ! and I couldn't get on the 29 /39 special either

It sure left me feeling that I got screwed and didn't even get a kiss with it. just a bad screw job,

the computer is the boss and costomer serv reps are nothing. so much for customer service
