I miss the writeups too. I suspect they were canned because writing them involved too much effort for an 8-minute solo with 90 seconds of dialogue for a model that, odds are, we'll likely never see again on the site. Moreover, if you write something, you'll always have someone complaining that it's too fake or too boring or too whatever. At least when subscribers complain about the lack of the writeups now, they can be sent the same stock non-answer.

It's all part of Sean Cody's current 'minimalist' approach to taking your money while giving you less and less. I'm waiting for the 5-minute solo, the 'interview-less' solo and the day that they decide to use animated/CGI figures instead of actual models. And any bitterness you're detecting is fully intentional on the part of a former subscriber who's thoroughly disenchanted by the deterioration of what used to be one of the best gay porn sites on the net.

That's my opinion, I don't have to prove anything. What is important for me that after all this ballast is stripped off, there's still an excellent porn left.

I agree. Plus it's irrelevant in the case of SC: how can it be fake when they don't say anything except describe their work out routine or tell their favorite sport?
Personally I am not sexually aroused by seeing a guy, even the sexiest one, jerk off. On the other hand I find that an interview can be fun to watch and quite hot if it's well done and (that seems obvious since it is porn after all) if it touches sex on any level. Some other sites know how to do it. I am just surprised that, considering the level of their sex scenes which is quite high (and often include a little sex interview at the beginning that I enjoy) Sean Cody is so bad in the solo interviews which, for me, are invariably dull and completely deprived of any sex appeal. It's the same at CF, even worse.

So they did give us a joke on April Fools. I was really hoping Dennis hit his quota already so we'd never have to see him again. I know the written descriptions were most likely fake, but ever since it was stated that he was a "Ronald Reagan conservative" I can't look at him without throwing up in my mouth. Also, he's probably twice Noel's age by now, so I find this incredibly creepy (and I don't even find Bryan on Chaos Men creepy!).

I find Noel to be incredible. An instant wood generator for me. If his age hadn't been given, you would have never convinced me that he was younger than 25. Tonight's new solo is a guy named Dean. Haven't watched the vid yet, but based on the pics, there's a couple things to like about this one.

Although on the surface, Dean is yet another in a long list of hairless college boys, he seems like he's actually got a (gasp!) personality. In addition, he's got a very expressionate face.

The kitchen is back! Sad that it makes me happy to see a set other than that tired old "living room."

But the big win for me? The return of UNDERWEAR. Seriously, it has really annoyed me how they've gotten away from showing the model wearing underwear. I assume it's because of the brand marketing or whatever, but looks like someone finally paid a premium. Andrew Christian and 2Xist underwear are featured. That's a huge plus for me.

Agreed Dean looks AWESOME, based on the pics of course! And gods do I love Noel, total instant wood for me too. But have to agree that Dennis is becoming a real turn-off for me. He doesn't fit the SC family of guys at ALL, frankly I'm surprised they're still trotting that old horse around. Time to put him out to pasture!
