For one thing, Jess has a visible tattoo on one side (I assume it's the left, the right when he's facing a video or a photo). It's a big marijuana leaf. If you look at the screenshots from the videos, this guy has none on either side. Jess had it March 20 when he did his last video for Sean Cody so it hasn't been removed.

But as for whether it looks "exactly like him", I knew just by seeing the face that it wasn't. Not in the eyes, especially when you look at the screen grab of him jacking off.

Everyone has different perceptions and people always say one person looks "just like another", but it's often cases like on Friends with Joey and his "identical" twins. Not so identical.

That guy's face is not at all like Jess. Plus he's missing the tattoo.
 
Here is the screengrab from Flirt For Free. You can see both sides of Tony, first in the profile pic, the other side in the first video under Popular Recorded Shows. On that latter pic, you should clearly be able to see the tattoo, as well as even peeking into his underarms on the next photo I attached, as Jess' tattoo goes up closer to his pits. That second pic also for me is a weak facial comparison.

The profile pic is heavily edited. Very few of the F4F performers actually look like their picture. Here's a screencap from one of the B/G videos on there that shows his tatoo.

 
Well, if that's real, I stand corrected, but it's not just the profile pic it's the other screengrabs on the profile from the videos. That looks photoshopped to me, but if you took the screengrab, I take you at your word.
