Completely agree about Aaron's ass. Love the no-tan look on him, a work of art look with his physique. And the old soul comment is charming. :)

Great contrast with Chad and Eddie. Body hair, different looks, different personalities, just the kind of mixup Sean Cody needs.

Landon was as close to perfect as any model on any site! Chad's not as breathtakingly handsome, but he's hot enough nonetheless. A real hole-stretcher, too!

Aaron: he won me when he said he was an 'old soul', not into social media, and liked to fish (like CF's legendary Lucas & Nick). I like the country boys. Agree about the pale skin, absence of tan-lines, perfect abs. Dark hair buzz cut always does it for me! Like AD's (also) legendary Kody.
 
I don't have anything against Jayden in general, but it is disappointing to see him back when so many new guys come and go without ever doing anything. It's his 12th pairing. Makes you wonder if it is hard to get guys to bareback, even to top someone like Dean.

On another note, Taylor (now Justin Matthews on Cockyboys) bottoms in a flip-fuck. Makes him so much more interesting...
 
I have nothing against Jayden. He just isn't one of my favorite performers, especially as a top.

What's sad to me is we are quickly approaching the 1 year anniversary of the last Abe update and I can't believe I'm still not over him.

I think the pairings are driven by availability more than anything else. Based on something he said in the skateboard intro to his scene with Blondie ("I could live with this" commenting on the view), I think Dean isn't from So Cal. I'd love to see him paired with somebody local, like Coleman. I'd love to see him catch for Randy!

I know I am just kidding myself, because SC always pairs newcomers with seasoned pros for their first time, but if they hooked up Payton and Aaron together, that would be a sight to behold! *|*

OR.....they could pair one of them up with Brandon, to sort of prove to viewers that the guy involved in Brandongate thing isn't really the real McCoy and that the real Brandon is still with them....
 
What is going on with SC these days? They've had quite a few hot solos, but the majority of their updates this year have been lackluster. All their pairings are total mismatches it seems.

And they're losing model after to model to other studios, most recently Matt to CF this week. Something ain't right.
 
I think for most models, SC is a llittle too demanding and a less convenient weekend destination for such an exhausting "job". They are housed in a hotel way down the road and at the studio there may not be such a collegial atmosphere (there have been rumors). Many other studios make sure their newcomers are treated like family, but that depends on how big and welcoming the production staff is and how many models can stay at any given time.

Also, SC doesn't allow any type of social media connected to their SC-persona for their models, and for many young pornograpic models setting up a profile on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram is pretty much their life line, without it you could just as well give up and go home.

Let's be frank, while people on these boards are making this out like it's a crisis for SC, it looks to me like CF is depending on SC's cast offs. So many new recruits over there don't last and aren't popular under that campus model, can't live up to the CF legends, etc... Recruiting must not be great. The three recent catches from SC have not been SC's big stars.

In the past, you could make an argument that Dakota/Dru and Roman/Aiden in retrospect seem like big losses, but look at Roman/Aiden when he was at SC. He seemed like he was in no way ready for it.

And Dakota/Dru had one really bad experience (Fuller) but came back, but he somehow didn't really fit in at the time. You get the sense he was better with the smaller, "college" types over at CF and became better at it over there.

But as for these last three departures... CF's Jacob seems to be popular over there but he reminds me of Dru, not a SC type, and we have no idea why he jumped so quickly to CF. And look how people quickly jumped on his looks. He needed someplace where he could prove himself, not to be compared to Brandon, Matt, Abe, etc. Rowan/Sheridan and Matt/Jonathan were fine at SC but are already getting criticized over at CF. Neither had been seen at SC for a while before they went to SC. I liked Matt/Jonathan because he always seemed into it and up for it, but he's another one who looks like he's going through some sort of evolution. Look at his photos at SC and CF. And Rowan/Sheridan posting on blogs about how he's trying to do better over at CF.... Most likely these guys weren't getting enough offers and needed to go elsewhere while they were still in porn mode.

For all the talk that porn money is so great that straight guys will jump at it, both studios don't seem to have the best recruiting and retention. If SC is failing, it's failing to get so many of these great solos into the mix.
