Yea and the same can be said for like 50% of these guys. What about Derek, Logan, TJ, Kurt Wild, Addison, Trevor (SC), Ford, Ryan, Mike, Jeff, and tons of other guys. You could say the same about so many of them. You just wanted an excuse to bring up Travis. There's a Travis thread now where people can post Travis fanfic and post Travis poems. I couldn't tell you firsthand if he actually is a freak in the sheets though, because he is as he calls himself: "A gold star gay". Never been with a woman and it's never occured to him/no interest whatsoever. But, well, I'd say your instincts are probably right.

One thing I can say with authority though is that he's a beautiful human being, inside and out. He has no idea how beautiful he is, which exacerbates the beauty. lol

I have a bandaid for the shitty state that Sean Cody is in now. Check out the old Parker, Kenny, Colby, Patrick, etc. scenes. When Parker was first recruited. IMO those were the best scenes. Yes even better than the Zack and Trevor era.

I think most of the guys you mentioned are motivated by money. They put on a good show, and maybe even discover it's not as terrible at they'd imagined, but I don't think it's anything they'd do in their private lives -- even Kurt Wild. Which is why it's so refreshing when a guy like whats-his-face or Curtis comes along, who actually enjoys it and isn't afraid to admit it. I'd put SC's Kurt in that category, only I think he was probably a little more experienced than we were led to believe. In fact, I don't think this Kurt has ever seen a pussy.

Curtis, God bless him, went the extra step and actually admitted he was bisexual. Never get a disclosure like that from any of the 'straight studs' on that other site, not even whats-his-face . . . I hope it hasn't harmed Curtis' marketability, as I continue to thing that the whole 'straight guys having gay sex' charade is customer-driven.

The nasty truth is that a lot of gays don't find other gays anywhere near as attractive as straight guys. The Dustin Lance Black bareback tape is a great case-in-point: his partner was a 'straight', 'fratboy', gay4pay, webcamming hustler who could have just as easily have been a model on any of these sites. DLB was just living out the mad dream of many gays of getting his butt bred by a 'straight' guy.

Sean Cody was better when Sean Cody was actually on the set, and not those two yappy queens who seem to be running the show these days. I wonder if he has anything to do with the site anymore? Maybe he just sold the name. If anyone has access to Lexus-Nexus (I don't) they could do a public records search.

Ah the golden age of Zack, Trevor, Adam, Dylan . . . One of the reasons why it was so great was because the concept was so new and the videos seemed like revelations. It was anti-gay porn. Real guys in a sparely decorated hotel room, and not some overly-decorated set complete with peacock feathers and Erte etchings. And it was such a tease because they would never kiss. Kissing, not fucking, was the gay-defining act. I used to really get off on the solos, when he'd interview the guys and they'd talk about their sex lives -- something very Kinsey-esque about it.

I don't know who does what in their private lives and I care even less. The original fact is you singled out Travis to compare to Kurt because you are irrationally obsessed with him. Of all those guys you dont know what there true motivation is. There is no way for you to know.. You just need to realize when it comes to Travis, you are too fixated.

But I have always agreed that gay people's general obsession with straight guys is beyond pathetic.

I asked him and he said that as far as he could see, SC is still very much involved. While they were shooting, there was a problem with one of the cameras, and they had to call Sean to aprise him of the problem and get direction. Also, they have a daily meeting and he's there every day.
