Although I'm currently in my dream profession, there were times when I've dreamed of being a chef, an actor, or a novelist.
 
To be an actor, I always think I'm going to give it a go but then I realized...actors annoy me.

I love my career and wouldn't trade it in, but I'd also like to be a flight attendant. That probably sounds silly, but it's always appealed to me. It's a hoot that most of us have picked something that is almost the polar opposite of our real careers.
 
Ugh. I'd love to see the world, but I HATE flying. I hate traveling in boats, too. I have a friend who's a flight attendant, and she really enjoys it. She speaks German, Italian, and Turkish, so she gets to fly to some interesting places.

Come on RL, what's really your secret ambition? You have an admirable job which benefits the community, but if you could have an additional career, what would you choose?
 
Would have loved to have been an opera singer with a voice and a body like Juan Diego Florez. Yeah! Bring on the Donizetti!

I've always wanted to compete in a popular singing contest show like American Idol...

Even though I am now singing professionally on the side...but I've always thought my career would be much better, more huge, if I'd compete and win in a show.
 
To fly a plane, a big plane. Pity I have the shittiest eyes ever.

So we're on to plan B, which is to get into cover-boy shape.
