So I currently intern at a law firm specializing in intellectual property and I think one of my coworkers is gay, and he is so hot. I am only 20 and an intern he is probably around 36 and a full time lawyer. I want to know how I can throw signals out that I am interested. Since it is a high pressure law firm I think that being gay has not come up and he would probably like to fit in more by not telling coworkers of his sexuality, the same goes for me. Even though it seems like he is hiding his sexuality my gaydar went off when I met him. So, how do I seduce him without making it too obvious or making it an awkward work situation? Is this weird since he is so much older?

In my opinion, you are there to get an education and make contacts, not hook up. If he is not receptive, for whatever reason, it might end badly. I have seen too many relationships start and end at work. I one know of one that had a positive outcome. I don't know how many lawyers are in your area, but if word gets around what you did, it might reflect badly on you when applying for a job. Personally, I think it's unprofessional.
