I think there's a layer of legal protection because he has a team of professionals who guarantee their work.

There's no such protection for Santos unless he can provide documents that show professional accountants were handling things and guaranteed the paperwork was done correctly. But I think he's already blown that by filing different statements on his own and with no signature but his.
