I might find the infidelity forgivable, but not when it was accompanied by unsafe sex. If one is going to cheat on their spouse, bf or gf, than unsafe sex is unforgivable.

Back in the day, I knew a married guy with a bf. The guy I knew, his boyfriend, his wife, and two of his three children all had full-blown AIDS. At the time, there was no treatment for AIDS and most people didn't survive. I don't know what happened, but I suspect all are dead except the orphan.
 
I think you've given him enough chances. A hell of a lot more than he deserves. he's proven to you he can't be faithful and is now playing you for a fool. you've been through enough. there comes a time when enough is enough. that time is different for everyone but I think you've reached your limit. You just needed to get confirmation from others. it's not easy to end a relationship but I think this has been over for a long time. you don't need any more confirmation. you know what he's up to. leave him and get some therapy. he's made this mess. he has nobody to blame but himself.
